Based on the physical inventory, our researchers will prepare
technical specifications on each piece of equipment allowing us
to obtain tenders to replace with specific options to match the
production capacity of the machine involved. Each quotation will
be studied and reviewed to eliminate improvements and/or upgrades
which did not exist on the previous generation of equipment. The
replacement cost study will be completed with the help of our
library containing 3,500 active catalogues which are brought up
to date constantly by our librarian.
Finally, our replacement cost figures will be calculated in order
to encompass transportation and set-up costs, customs & duty and
start-up costs in the plant.
